The pool is clean, the rooms are recently renovated and have modern amenities like an ashtray in the bathroom.

The double room here has a comfortable bed, central heating, television, and a microwave oven, along with great service and a clean pool on the premises.

This motel severed it purpose. We wanted a place to lay our heads. We were across from the beach which was a great staying factor for our stay. The room had a microwave and a fridge was also a plus.

Breakfast made at the motel work have been nice.!!!!!!!!!

Amicable staff, great views of the beach, everything is great. The best thing is location - not far from the water park and the beach. There's Arby's offering takeout not too far away from the venue.

Received a free upgrade to a room with two double beds - a nice touch! the room had central heating, a TV, and even a microwave oven 🎁.

Ken was very helpful and took the time to make me feel welcome. My wife and I were in town to scout some places for a future relocation and Ken went over and above to help us. If everyone in Myrtle Beach is as nice....I can't wait to move.

It was old and rundown. Over-all not too bad though.

View of the ocean from the balcony and a lovely clean swimming pool. I also have not stayed in a hotel for $31 for over 20 years. Old building, nice people, great location. We would stay again, and $31 included a kitchen.

Can't think of anything except some repair work is needed on the building but it did not affect our stay. The carpets were clean and the floor tile in the bathroom appeared fairly new. Great location.

Got a double room with a kitchenette 😊. Really liked having central heating, a television, and a microwave oven in the room.

The hotel has a decent and good location, close to ocean. 1 mi away there is Arby's, serving quick meals.

Convenient location

The staff was horrible, We were harrassed. They had the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen..

The staff at the Virginian Motel were well managed and especially helpful, with the onsite manager. the location is convenient, situated next to all the main attractions, restaurants, the boardwalk, North Myrtle Beach, and the ocean.

The price was right. I flew into MYR @ 10:00 pm; A stay @ the Virginian was perfect, as I had a two hour drive to my home in the light, instead of the dark.

Needed to go across the street for a bottle of water, none at the Virginian.

Ken and his wife are nice and helpful. We stayed here last year during the same week. (2Nd week in September). Prices are very good, and everything in the room worked. The cleaning lady is very nice, she usually came around 9 or 9:30. The pool was clean. I have no complaints about this hotel.

I like the fact that no one bothered you constantly. I was also a very laid back atmosphere. There were no loud people, which was great because I have a 4 month old infant. I read previous reviews about the website and they were mixed reviews. I think that if you dont cause any trouble and don't ask for too much from the staff, the stay is well worth the money.

The only complaints I have is that our phone in the room didn't work and there are no elevators and they put us on the 4th floor!!!
